By visiting our website, purchasing merchandise, submitting a custom jewelry request, requesting repair services, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.

1. Eligibility and Use of Our Website

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You may not interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of our website or attempt to introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary.

2. Products and Availability

Certain merchandise may be available online, in-store, or in limited quantities.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.

We reserve the right to:

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected item or order and provide any refund required for amounts already paid for merchandise we cannot provide.

Golden Fantasy makes reasonable efforts to display products accurately.

However, jewelry photographs may be enlarged, enhanced, cropped, digitally rendered, or photographed under lighting intended to show product detail.

Actual appearance may vary slightly due to:

• Natural gemstone characteristics
• Diamond characteristics
• Metal finishing

Images may not represent actual size unless dimensions are specifically provided.

4. Jewelry Weights, Measurements and Stone Information

Unless specifically guaranteed in writing, jewelry weights, dimensions, stone weights, stone counts, and other measurements may be approximate.

Minor variations may occur because jewelry is manufactured, finished, sized, polished, set, or assembled individually.

Natural diamonds and gemstones may vary in color, clarity, inclusions, pattern, shape, and appearance.

Lab-grown diamonds may also have individual characteristics.

Where a product description states an approximate total carat weight, gram weight, width, length, or dimension, reasonable manufacturing variation may occur.

5. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, incorrect discounts, or technical errors.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Golden Fantasy may cancel the order before fulfillment and refund any amount paid for the affected merchandise.

Promotions and discounts may have separate terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud
• Pricing errors
• Inventory errors
• Payment authorization problems
• Resale activity
• Unusual order quantities
• Incorrect customer information
• Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Golden Fantasy maintains a:

NO REFUNDS — EXCHANGE ONLY

policy for eligible change-of-mind purchases.

Eligible merchandise may generally be exchanged within 14 days, subject to the conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Approved exchange value may only be applied toward merchandise of greater value, and the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

Custom, personalized, engraved, altered, special-order, and certain other merchandise may be final sale.

8. Custom Jewelry

Custom jewelry includes merchandise that is designed, manufactured, personalized, engraved, modified, or produced specifically for a customer.

Custom jewelry may involve:

• Sketches
• CAD renderings
• Wax models
• Measurements
• Logos
• Names
• Photographs
• Stone selections
• Metal selections
• Customer-supplied designs
• Other customer specifications

Customers are responsible for reviewing all design details carefully before approving production.

Once a customer approves a design, CAD, rendering, specification, spelling, stone arrangement, dimensions, metal choice, or other production detail, Golden Fantasy may proceed according to that approval.

Custom merchandise is generally final sale once production has begun.

9. Custom Jewelry Deposits and Design Fees

Custom orders may require a deposit before design or production begins.

CAD fees, design fees, deposits, labor charges, special-order charges, or other amounts associated with custom work may become non-refundable once work has begun or costs have been incurred.

Any specific payment schedule for a custom project may be communicated separately.

Failure to complete required payments may delay or stop production.

10. Customer-Supplied Designs, Logos and Images

If you provide Golden Fantasy with a logo, image, photograph, artwork, name, trademark, design, or other material for use in a custom piece, you represent that you have the legal right to authorize its use.

You agree not to submit material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Golden Fantasy may refuse custom work that we believe may violate the rights of another person or company.

11. Jewelry Repairs

Repair estimates are based on our evaluation of the jewelry at the time it is inspected.

Additional problems may become visible after work begins, especially with older, damaged, worn, hollow, previously repaired, or stone-set jewelry.

If additional work is materially different from the originally authorized repair, we may contact you for approval before proceeding where reasonably practicable.

Repair charges and completed labor are generally non-refundable once the work has been performed.

12. Condition of Jewelry Submitted for Repair

Customers should disclose known damage or previous repair history where possible.

Golden Fantasy is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, hidden structural weakness, loose stones, worn prongs, previous improper repairs, or defects that existed before the item was submitted.

Jewelry may be photographed or documented before repair.

13. Financing, Lease-to-Own and Payment Services

Golden Fantasy may offer access to financing, lease-to-own programs, installment-payment services, or other third-party payment options.

These services are provided by independent third-party companies and may be subject to:

• Separate applications
• Eligibility requirements
• Credit or identity verification
• Initial payments
• Purchase-option terms
• Fees
• Payment schedules
• Other provider-specific terms

Golden Fantasy does not control approval decisions or the independent provider's account terms.

Use of a third-party financing or lease-to-own provider is also subject to that provider's agreement.

14. Layaway

Where layaway is available, separate payment terms may apply.

Merchandise may not be released until the required balance has been paid.

Special-order or custom merchandise placed on layaway may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of purchase.

15. Shipping

Shipping estimates are estimates only unless otherwise expressly guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by:

• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Holidays
• Processing time
• Custom production
• Fraud review
• Address problems
• Events outside our reasonable control

Golden Fantasy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. Risk of Loss and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us promptly so we can help review the situation.

Claims involving lost or damaged packages may require cooperation with the shipping carrier.

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or similar content to us or publicly tag Golden Fantasy in content intended to feature our products, you grant us permission to use that content for reasonable business and promotional purposes unless you tell us otherwise where required by law.

You remain responsible for content you submit and may not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious material.
